Job Title: E-Client Services Associate

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled e-client services associate to join our team. As an e-client services associate, you will play a crucial role in working closely with local and regional FI electronic markets teams to understand FI products and business workflows on various execution platforms.

You will be responsible for partnering with regional leads and product managers to generate adhoc data as and when requested. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to take initiatives to automate some of the repetitive manual BAU tasks.

The core BAU will include gaining knowledge on fixed income business and applying the knowledge to build automated workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1/2 years of experience working within markets.
  • Hands-on Python or VBA macros and technology mindset is a must.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are critical.
  • Knowledge of data manipulation tools - Alteryx or Power BI is a must.
  • Knowledge of OTC and cash, swaps fixed income products and markets is desirable - as is exposure to electronic trading.
  • Excellent team work and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and interact with all levels of individuals in the business.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a high pressure and dynamic environment is critical.
Education
  • UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Production/Industrial, Any Graduate
  • PG: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, MCA in Computers, Any Postgraduate
