Job Description

As a seasoned SCADA professional, you will lead the design configuration and deployment of Ignition SCADA and MES applications across manufacturing operations.

  • Design and implement real-time data acquisition visualization and reporting solutions to drive business decision-making.
  • Ensure seamless integration of OT systems with enterprise IT systems ERP databases cloud platforms.
  • Develop and maintain secure efficient data exchange using REST APIs MQTT and OPC UA protocols.
  • Manage industrial databases SQL historian timeseries databases for high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to align system capabilities with production and business needs.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in MES functions production tracking OEE downtime analysis traceability SPC etc. You should be proficient in database technologies SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL or equivalent.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of industrial control systems PLC SCADA HMIs and plant floor connectivity.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing standards ISA95 ISA88 ISA99 IEC 62443.
  • Excellent problem-solving communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with cloud-based IIoT platforms Azure IoT AWS IoT etc.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in OT environments.
  • Familiarity with containerization Docker Kubernetes for SCADAMES deployments.
  • Experience in working on large-scale digital transformation Industry 4.0 projects.
  • Certifications Ignition Gold Certified Specialist OPC UA or relevant industrial ITOT certifications.
