Job Title: English Language Specialist

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work with students who are preparing for the IELTS exam. As an English Language Specialist, you will provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience in teaching English as a second language. You should be able to advise students on test preparation strategies, offer constructive feedback, and monitor progress.

Main Responsibilities
  • Counselling: Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to understand student needs and goals. Assist students in identifying their strengths and weaknesses in English language skills.
  • Test Preparation: Organize and conduct IELTS preparation workshops, seminars, and mock tests. Provide information on study materials, courses, and resources for IELTS preparation.
  • Administrative Support: Guide students through the IELTS registration process, including selecting test dates and locations. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress, and test results.
  • Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with educational institutions, language schools, and other stakeholders to support student success. Keep up-to-date with changes in IELTS test formats, policies, and procedures.
  • Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in English language teaching and IELTS preparation.
Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred. Previous experience in academic counselling, teaching English as a second language, or working in educational consulting is advantageous.
