We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to provide administrative support in our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks and projects, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and protocols.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Higher Secondary education or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in an office administration role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
