Job Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Manager.

The role will be based in Chennai with flexibility for some work-from-home days.

  • Manage day-to-day social media marketing operations encompassing brand communication, content creation and strategy, social media optimization (SMO), photo and visual content editing, and comprehensive digital marketing initiatives.
  • Involve event planning, researching market and skincare trends, and executing campaigns that drive brand engagement and sales growth across all social media platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven skills in Social Media Marketing across all major platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and emerging channels.
  • Strong Photo and Visual Content Editing skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand messaging.
  • Expertise in Content Strategy, Social Media Optimisation (SMO), and managing multi-platform campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) techniques to boost online visibility and engagement.
  • Experience in planning and executing digital and physical events that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to monitor, report, and optimise campaign performance using data insights.
  • Proactive in researching industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media tools and methods to keep up with the curve.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales through creative marketing campaigns and audience-targeted strategies.
