About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Associate to join our team in Delhi, where you will leverage your expertise to deliver high-profile projects. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate various initiatives to ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end project management of complex IT projects involving multiple technologies/program management.
  • Collaboration with Government stakeholders to identify gaps in current solutions and provide guidance on implementation.
  • Providing support during the implementation of data science models.
  • Maintenance of Application Development lifecycle, RFP Compliance, and facilitation of UAT.
  • Suggesting best practices for PMLA, AML domains in projects.
  • Management of projects related to the implementation of data science concepts including regression or classification or segmentation.
  • Evaluation of Change Requests raised by vendors and facilitation of its implementation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience, including AML, financial crimes domains. You must also hold a B.E/B.Tech/B.Com or equivalent degree. Additional certifications in relevant fields are highly valued.

Candidate Profile

A strong candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and effective in managing multiple client engagements. Experience in monitoring complete SDLC lifecycle, including Application Development, implementation, and facilitation of UAT, is essential. Additionally, knowledge of customers' identification documents, performing checks against watchlists, sanctions lists, and regulatory databases, is crucial.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in combating financial crimes/fraud and working on projects involving AML measures or transaction monitoring is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, business process improvement, and ability to work under pressure are also beneficial.
