Team Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to oversee a group of employees in a business process outsourcing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and coach team members, and ensure high-performance delivery.

The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising employees, monitoring their work and attendance according to organizational policies and legal requirements. They will also coach team members to achieve high-performance delivery, identify performance issues, and implement corrective actions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations will be met by ensuring customer service meets contractual standards. This includes communicating expectations, providing timely updates, and conducting team meetings.

To succeed in this role, the Team Leader must stay current on internal processes, attend manager development training, and exercise independent judgment. They will also support and manage programs with other team leaders and managers.

The selected candidate will select, train, develop, and complete performance appraisals for work groups. Required skills include motivated individuals with coaching skills, ability to work under pressure, follow through on tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, leadership, multitasking, prioritization, and time management are also essential.
