About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Service Engineer to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' HVAC systems.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely completion of services and achieve targets while promoting energy-saving solutions and EMC compliance
  • Sign Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and facilitate sales of spare parts
  • Maintain strong relationships with users, staying informed about the operational condition of every chiller unit in your designated area
  • Deliver exceptional service satisfaction by providing standard machine room build-ups and supply standard services to users
  • Capture user system and application information, analyze it, and write professional service reports after site visits
  • Edit professional service proposals and communicate effectively with customers to promote our services
  • Provide training to users and organize regular user summits
  • Demonstrate excellent soft skills, including English language proficiency, effective communication, and proficient mail writing and proposal making abilities

The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in the absorption chiller, refrigeration, or HVAC industries. A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and the successful candidate will need to travel as demand dictates within the responsible region, potentially covering PAN India as needed.
