Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation test cases using Selenium WebDriver. You will develop reliable and scalable test scripts in Java, Python, or JavaScript and build and enhance test frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, etc.). Your goal will be to ensure high-quality releases across web and mobile platforms using modern frameworks and tools, including running tests on cloud infrastructure.

  • Develop and maintain automation test cases using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Design and implement reliable and scalable test scripts in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Build and enhance test frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, etc.).
  • Execute tests across browsers and platforms using cloud infrastructure.
  • Integrate test automation into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
  • Perform API automation testing using tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
  • Identify bugs, document issues, and verify fixes.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and manual QA to improve test strategy and coverage.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in QA automation with Selenium.
  • Proficient in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and Agile development environments.
  • Solid knowledge of automated testing principles, SDLC, and QA best practices.
  • Experience running tests using cloud infrastructure or similar platforms.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Appium for mobile test automation.
  • Exposure to BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Behave).
  • Familiarity with Docker, cloud environments, or containerized test execution.
