Quality Assurance Expert Wanted

We're on the lookout for a skilled Quality Assurance professional with expertise in manual and functional testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality, experience working on SaaS platforms, and a desire to stay up-to-date with automation and AI-driven testing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough and accurate functional testing for web-based SaaS applications.
  • Write and execute comprehensive test cases, create and maintain detailed test documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders within Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Design and implement automated tests using industry-leading tools like Playwright.
  • Understand and test database queries to ensure data integrity and backend validations.
  • Log and track issues using project management tools like JIRA, participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to testing strategies involving AI-powered components.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance standards are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years of QA/testing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of manual testing principles and functional testing methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and database validations.
  • Experience with automation frameworks like Playwright.
  • Understanding of AI/ML-based workflows in applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA/GitHub/Jenkins.
