Job Overview

Data analysis is a core function in uncovering true causation in data, going beyond correlation.

We have developed a Large Causal Architecture, enabling organizations to derive deep, actionable insights. Our AI model leverages a vast data universe to deliver causal insights across critical business functions like strategic planning, forecasting, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive test plans for each release based on requirements.
  • Establish key metrics to assess quality and calculate the effort required for a release.
  • Manage and mentor a team of testers.
  • Select and optimize test tools and frameworks.
  • Develop automation frameworks using Selenium and BDD frameworks.
  • Monitor test execution and progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks.
  • Encourage continuous improvement and team engagement.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in software testing and QA leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency with automation and testing tools such as Selenium and TestRail.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git and Jenkins.
  • Analytical skills for identifying defects, tracking metrics, and interpreting big-data testing results.
  • Leadership abilities for leading and motivating a team, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and collaborating across functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
