Product Strategist Role

The product strategist will be responsible for translating product strategy into a clear, actionable plan, ensuring that our development team has everything it needs to deliver high-quality features on time.

  • About the Job:
  • Achieve customer satisfaction by creating and maintaining the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria based on business value.
  • Maintain effective communication between engineering, UX/UI, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks.
Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create, refine, and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the sprint team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team's questions, providing clarification and a deeper understanding of user stories and business requirements.
  • Write clear, concise, and detailed user stories that include acceptance criteria and dependencies.
  • Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets the definition of done and the original requirements before it is released to QA or production.
Requirements

To Succeed in This Role You Will Need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience working directly with an Agile development team and managing a product backlog.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
