Operational Excellence Manager

This critical role requires strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to drive operational efficiency in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain compliance with industrial safety standards, statutory requirements, and regulatory norms to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Optimize production efficiency by maintaining and improving Continuous Annealing, Continuous Galvanizing, Tandem Mill, and Finishing Lines equipment.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot industrial hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Utilize SAP as an end-user to monitor and control production processes effectively.
  • Conduct thorough breakdown analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution to possess the necessary technical expertise.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in plant maintenance, preferably in the mechanical industry, to develop hands-on skills.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, industrial hydraulics, and plant maintenance to drive operational excellence.
