Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production cum Quality Control Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure product quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical production processes and quality assurance, preferably in the kitchen equipment or industrial machinery domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day production activities ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications
  • Monitor and enforce quality control procedures across all stages of manufacturing
  • Coordinate with design and engineering teams to resolve production issues
  • Conduct inspections and audits to maintain product quality and compliance
  • Maintain production documentation, reports, and quality records
  • Train and guide production staff on SOPs and quality standards
  • Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of quality control tools and techniques (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, ISO standards)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office and production management software
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
