About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires working from our office location. As a Cabin Services Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their flight experience.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the cabin before and after each flight, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
  • Participating in pre-flight preparations and post-flight cleanup procedures, ensuring seamless transitions between flights.
  • Collaborating with other crew members to create a positive and efficient cabin environment, prioritizing passenger needs and expectations.
  • Responding promptly to passenger inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
