Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our remote team as an Appointment Setter. This role involves conducting outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our brand and services, identifying leads, engaging and qualifying them based on their needs and business goals, and scheduling high-quality appointments for our sales team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to introduce our brand and services
  • Identify, engage, and qualify leads based on their needs and business goals
  • Schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for calls, leads, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and conversion process

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Proven experience working with Australian and US clients
  • Confidence and resilience in making cold calls and handling objections
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets
  • High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation
