Job Title: Technical Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Service Engineer. This role requires a strong background in solar string inverters and the ability to provide exceptional support and service to customers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to solar string inverters remotely and on-site. They will also provide prompt and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or onsite visits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to solar string inverters
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or onsite visits
  • Perform commissioning, testing, and maintenance of solar string inverter systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and reliability
  • Document all service activities and technical solutions in the CRM system
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, renewable energy, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or field service engineering, specifically with solar string inverters
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to power electronics and renewable energy systems
  • Hands-on experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar string inverters
  • Strong understanding of electrical and electronic principles as applied to solar PV systems
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders
