MUFG Global Service Private Limited (MGS):

MGS was established in 2020 as a 100% subsidiary of MUFG with offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. It serves as a Global Capability Centre/Centre of Excellence providing support services across various functions such as IT, KYC/AML, Credit, Operations etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally.

About the Role:

This position reports to the Corporate Communication lead of MGS and involves assisting in various corporate communication initiatives of the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in drafting, formatting, and publishing internal communication materials (emails, newsletters, announcements).
  • Assist with employee engagement campaigns, leadership messages, and intranet content.
  • Help coordinate townhalls, leadership connections, and awareness drives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Prior experience in corporate communications, marketing, or content roles is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint); Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms.
  • Good organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Capable to multitask and meet timelines.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic to take up new challenges and tasks.
  • Interest in corporate culture, storytelling, and visual branding.
