Job Title: Financial Services Professional

We are a dynamic organization offering auditing solutions to growing businesses by going beyond transactional audits and developing information systems leading to informed strategic decisions for business leadership. Our major work streams involve system controls and process-based auditing leading to monthly MIS that supports timely decision making for businesses in addition to on-dot statutory compliances. Job Overview:

We seek a highly skilled Financial Services Professional with at least 2 years of experience in internal audit and/or risks and controls based auditing. A basic understanding of direct and indirect taxation compliance is necessary too. We aim to onboard at our Mumbai branch.

Vashi, Maharashtra (ONSITE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct various audits like Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, and Tax Audits
  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards.
  • Manage tax filings and ensure timely and accurate tax payments and submissions.
  • Oversee audits and work with the team to ensure efficient and accurate audit processes.
  • Provide strategic financial advice and analysis to management for decision-making.
  • Review financial data and prepare reports on financial performance, including forecasting and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate laws, taxation laws, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls.
  • Mentor and guide junior finance staff.

Key Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential.
  • Min. 2 years of Experience post-qualification.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Internal Audit Exposure is a MUST.
