Capital Markets Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Markets professional to lead and execute high-value transactions.

  • The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to equity fundraising, investment banking, and capital market deals.
  • A deep understanding of regulatory frameworks including SEBI, RBI, and other relevant guidelines is essential.
  • The role involves active deal execution, advising clients, and managing end-to-end capital market transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead capital market transactions including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and Bonds.
  2. Advise clients on equity fundraising strategies, market positioning, and transaction structuring.
  3. Ensure all deals comply with regulatory guidelines.
  4. Manage end-to-end deal execution - from due diligence, drafting offer documents, and coordinating with regulators to liaising with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and auditors.
  5. Conduct financial analysis, valuations, and transaction feasibility studies to support decision-making.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.
  7. Stay updated on capital market trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
  8. Support in preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction reports.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver seamless execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • CA/ Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce.
  • Proven experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory.
  • Hands-on deal execution experience in IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Bonds, or similar transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Established network with market participants is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
