Job Description

As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating maintenance, repairs and renovations. You will also manage inventory of spare parts, tools and equipment.

You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, develop and implement emergency response plans, and handle team security, housekeeping, front office, and general maintenance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong ability to meet and deal tactfully and courteously with fellow employees and vendors/contractors.
  • Vast experience with common industry tools and products.
  • Exceptional ability to install, inspect, repair and maintain electrical, plumbing and other related systems.
  • In-depth ability to perform various clean-up and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Substantial communication skills.
  • Immense ability to understand complex written and oral instructions.
  • Thorough knowledge of occupation hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance of assigned duties.
  • Coordinate and supervise work assigned to electrical, plumbing, civil, interior installation teams.
  • Must have experience in project handling.
  • Determine material, equipment, and supplies to be used.
  • Civil, tiles, painting, carpentry.
  • Assist in project installation of switchgears and provide technical support in wiring.
  • Installing polyphase circuits and responsible for wiring.
  • Responsible for correcting emergency breakdowns in service workshops.
