Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to oversee the maintenance and management of our organization's technology infrastructure.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in IT administration, with expertise in device management, server setup, firewall configuration, and networking protocols. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining all company devices, implementing and managing MDM solutions, and ensuring secure and efficient network connections across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Device Management: Manage and maintain all company devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices).
  • Implement and manage MDM solutions for secure and efficient device usage.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot device-related issues.

Setup and Configuration:

  • Setup and maintain servers, firewalls, and IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure secure and efficient network connections across the organization.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and regular updating of software and hardware.

Technical Support:

  • Respond to IT-related calls and direct queries to the appropriate channels.
  • Provide hands-on support for hardware and software issues.
  • Ensure a swift resolution of technical challenges to minimize downtime.

Network and Security:

  • Monitor and manage network infrastructure for optimal performance.
  • Implement and maintain firewall security measures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with IT security policies.

Collaboration and Planning:

  • Work closely with teams to assess and fulfill IT requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance IT infrastructure.
  • Document and maintain IT policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.
  • Expertise in device management, including MDM solutions (e.g., Intune, Jamf, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of server setup, firewall configuration, and networking protocols.
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage queries and provide clear technical support.
