Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technical Lead to spearhead the development of web and mobile applications for our stablecoin stack. This is a high-visibility role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to drive projects forward.

In this position, you will be responsible for designing and scaling backend systems for payments and settlements, building robust infrastructure atop fragmented on-off-ramp integrations, and defining architecture to ensure system robustness. You will also mentor and manage a small engineering team across infra + app layers, ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory readiness.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of backend engineering experience with a focus on TypeScript / Node.js and API design.
  • Prior exposure to fintech or payments is strongly preferred.
  • You must have a track record of integrating external APIs across geographies and leading teams through ambiguous systems.
  • A strong startup DNA is essential, with the ability to take ownership, ship fast, and thrive in uncertain environments.
