Full-Time Specialist Position

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute personalized branding strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their professional goals.
  • Guide and manage a team of interns to execute tasks effectively.
  • Review and approve high-quality content created by interns.
  • Train interns in best practices, including writing, engagement, and analytics.
  • Monitor interactions and ensure timely responses across platforms.
  • Analyze analytics to measure strategy success, identify areas for improvement, and present results to clients.

Your Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing profiles, creating content, and engaging with audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and deliver results.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills to create impactful strategies.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills to guide content creation.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure success and optimize strategies.
