Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled expert to design, deploy, and maintain our containerized platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop a robust, scalable, and secure internal Kubernetes/Container platform that supports the deployment, scaling, and management of applications.
  • Develop automation scripts, tools, and documentation to streamline deployment and management processes.
  • Ensure platform stability and performance by proactively monitoring system metrics, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing resources.
  • Implement observability solutions, such as monitoring, logging, and tracing tools, to gain insights into platform performance and application behavior.
Requirements:
  • At least 7+ years of experience in OpenShift Engineering including public cloud experience.
  • Experience in platform engineering, infrastructure automation, SRE, or similar roles.
  • Understanding of Kubernetes architecture, concepts, and components, with hands-on experience in building and managing Kubernetes platforms.
  • End-to-end implementation of Kubernetes architecture - installation, configuration, hardening, networking, etc.
  • Proficiency in procedural programming languages (python, Go).
  • Experienced with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery principles (Github Actions, Concourse, ArgoCD, Jenkins).
  • Experience designing and deploying containerized applications on Kubernetes.
  • Experience with automation tools (Helm, Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps).
  • Understanding of security and compliance best practices.
  • Familiarity with observability best practices and tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Desirable Skills:
  • TAS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, AKS, NSX, NSX-T experience.
  • Automation/Continuous Integration experience (concourse, Salt, Fabric, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy).
  • Strong understanding of Virtual computing environments and Hypervisors.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Identity management, Access Management, Certificate management.
  • Experience designing and implementing containerized infrastructure logging and observability tools (Splunk, Fluentd/Fluentbit, Prometheus/Grafana/Alert manager Suite, Wavefront, APPD).
