Job Overview:

An OpenText Content Server Support Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining the OTCS environment, ensuring system stability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the OTCS environment, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
  • Install, configure, and administer OpenText Content Server and related components.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to OTCS, logs, and integrations.

The analyst works closely with IT teams and end-users to provide technical support and training, ensuring effective adoption of OTCS features. They design and implement custom workflows within OTCS to automate business processes, integrate OTCS with ERP systems, and utilize RESTful APIs, SOAP Web Services, and middleware for seamless data exchanges.

The Support Analyst ensures compliance with relevant security protocols and data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and HIPAA. They also support cloud-based deployments and integration on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Deep understanding of OpenText Content Server architecture, functionality, and features.
  • Experience with installation, configuration, and administration of Content Server.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, including log analysis.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 5-10 years of experience supporting and managing OpenText Content Server environments. Relevant certifications in OpenText or related technologies are an advantage.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide high-quality technical support and training to end-users.
