We are seeking a technically proficient Content Specialist with design capabilities to produce high-impact written content and transform it into data-driven, visually compelling presentations and reports. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in leveraging Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint to create content that effectively communicates insights and engages diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop structured, high-quality content for blogs, newsletters, social media, internal reports, and presentations, aligning with organizational messaging and objectives.

- Design data-driven presentations, infographics, dashboards, and marketing collateral using Canva and PowerPoint, incorporating charts, tables, and visuals to convey insights clearly.

- Utilize Excel for data analysis, visualization, and trend reporting to support content development and decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, analytics) to ensure consistent brand messaging and technical accuracy.

- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, correctness, and adherence to brand and technical standards.

- Translate complex data and technical information into engaging narratives and visual content for executive and operational audiences.

- Assist in the development of campaign strategies, presentation frameworks, and content roadmaps based on analytics and audience needs.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a content developer, technical writer, or communications specialist with design proficiency.

- Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis, charting, and reporting.

- Expertise in Canva and PowerPoint for creating professional, visually appealing presentations and graphics.

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills; ability to convey technical or complex concepts clearly.

- Ability to combine creative storytelling with data visualization to produce actionable insights.

- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to handle multiple concurrent initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and analytics-driven content optimization.

- Experience with advanced design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Tableau.

- Familiarity with enterprise content workflows, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
