Marketing Lead Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Lead to join our team and drive offline marketing initiatives for our Vidyapeeth centers in Durgapur.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic professional with hands-on experience managing ATL and BTL marketing campaigns, organizing seminars, and building strong relationships with schools and local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Execute Offline Marketing Strategies: Drive student acquisition and brand awareness in Durgapur through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Plan and Manage ATL Activities: Develop and execute large-scale marketing campaigns such as hoardings, radio ads, newspaper ads, etc.
  • Drive BTL Campaigns: Organize and manage events, promotions, and activations that engage customers directly.
  • Organize Seminars and Workshops: Collaborate with academic and counseling teams to deliver impactful educational sessions.
  • Track Performance and Optimize: Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships and Logistics: Oversee budgets, event management, and supplier partnerships.
  • Conduct Market Research: Identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field: MBA preferred.
  • 4-7 Years of Experience in Offline Marketing: Education or consumer industry experience a plus.
  • Proven Expertise in ATL & BTL Campaigns: Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Self-Starter with Ability to Drive Results: Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
