As a freelance performance marketer, you will play a vital role in our mental health startup’s growth and expansion. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the execution of paid campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage Meta and Google Ads strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Oversee ad creatives, including script ideas, copy, and visuals, to ensure engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Deliver weekly reports with clear key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cost per acquisition (CPA), click-through rate (CTR), cost per lead (CPL), and booking rate.

To succeed in this position, you will require experience working with startups at the 0-1 stage, with a strong analytical skillset and proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Mixpanel. Creativity, storytelling ability, and excellent communication skills are also essential for success in this role.

A background in direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing, wellness, healthcare, or mobile apps is highly valued. Additionally, a genuine interest in mental health or wellness can be beneficial for this position.
