
Transition Strategist

Job Overview
- This is a hybrid role with at least three days per week working in the office.
- This is an individual contributor position.
The job involves managing end-to-end transitions to new areas and handling projects for process or technology implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Create plans and maintain documentation for process performance and success criteria.
- Provide transparency and visibility to senior leadership on transition journey with timely highlighting of risks/issues/challenges.
- Follow organizational methodology for successful project execution within agreed scope, timelines, and quality.
- Own and enhance project methodology as needed.
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive changes across the organization.
- High stakeholder management with both onshore and offshore teams throughout various stages.
- Act as a guide and support 'lite' transitions managed within business functions.
- Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives.
We rely on you to:
- Manage opportunities to create new roles and services.
- Take accountability for project end-to-end completion within time and budget.
- Exhibit strong project and process management skills.
Requirements:
- Post-Graduation degree.
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
- 10 to 15 years experience leading migrations and other transitions, program management, and change management.
- Experience working globally and with diverse cultures.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
You should also have:
- MBA from a premier business school.
- End-to-end experience leading transitions and transformational initiatives.
- Domain knowledge in insurance space.
- Latest project management practices and industry trends.
