Our organization is seeking an experienced Finance Controller to oversee the consolidated companies' accounting operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining organizational systems, procedures, and policies.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in managing multiple accounting teams across different locations. You will be leading cross-functional initiatives and communicating progress effectively with senior management.

  • Built scalable accounting processes to support rapid global growth in international locations.
  • Automated accounting and financial reporting processes using Workday (ERP).
  • Managed multiple accounting teams across APAC, USA, and other locations.
Core Skills and Knowledge:
  • Proven experience in the monthly close process and exposure to accounting systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortability managing through ambiguous situations.
  • Track record of maintaining compliance and good standing of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.

In this role, you will provide guidance to build and scale the legal entity controllership function out of the Global Finance Center in Hyderabad, India. You will offer general oversight with respect to global standards, policy, strategy, and prioritization.

Requirements:
  • Accountancy qualification with 15+ years of relevant practice and private industry experience.
  • Typically requires Bachelor's Degree and 12 years related experience or Master's Degree and 10 years related experience or Doctorate and 8 years related experience.
