Job Title: Senior Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in branch accounting, bookkeeping, account payable, account receivable, GST, taxation, Tally, Form 16, team management, MIS reports to management, bank coordination, and audit.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of financial tasks.
  • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Coordinate with banks and other stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to facilitate smooth financial transactions.
  • Conduct audits and implement corrective actions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or Master's degree in Commerce (MCom)
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) Intermediate or Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICWA) certification
  • Strong knowledge of financial software such as Tally
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
