Job Title: Lead Civil Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description:

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in executing strategic infrastructure plans that align with city planning and service integration. This involves overseeing the management of detailed design and engineering of civil systems to ensure compliance with Indian and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Review: Review and coordinate design drawings, specifications, and technical reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Sustainability and Technology Adoption: Facilitate adoption of sustainable design practices and smart technologies in civil infrastructure
  • Feasibility and Risk Assessment: Conduct feasibility checks, risk assessments, and value engineering to optimize performance and cost
  • Integrated Design Delivery: Coordinate with master planners, engineering disciplines, and PMC teams for integrated design delivery
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities on technical and execution matters
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and permitting requirements in Mumbai and Maharashtra

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a Master's in urban Infrastructure Planning and over 15 years of work experience, including more than 10 years of independently leading functions in mid-large scale organizations. You will also need strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
