Job Title: Infrastructure Development Specialist

About the Role:

  • This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team as an Infrastructure Development Specialist.
  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in urban infrastructure development, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the implementation of strategic infrastructure plans aligned with city planning and service integration objectives.
  2. Manage detailed design and engineering of civil systems, ensuring compliance with Indian and international standards.
  3. Review and coordinate design drawings, specifications, and technical reports for accuracy and completeness.
  4. Facilitate the adoption of sustainable design practices and smart technologies in civil infrastructure projects.
  5. Conduct feasibility checks, risk assessments, and value engineering to optimize performance and cost.
  6. Coordinate with master planners, engineering disciplines, and PMC teams for integrated design delivery.
  7. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities on technical and execution matters.
  8. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and permitting requirements in Mumbai and Maharashtra.
  9. Monitor interoperability and technical compliance across city infrastructure systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with a Master's degree in Urban Infrastructure or Planning being optional.
  • 8-12 years of work experience, including a minimum of 5 years in urban infrastructure delivery in mid-to-large-scale organizations.
  • Experience in managing multi-site infrastructure projects within MNCs, Indian companies, or conglomerates, specifically in the Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors, covering roads, drainage, utility corridors, and public realm.
  • Execution excellence, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
