We seek a seasoned Urban Planner to lead and support high-impact urban planning projects for governments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead comprehensive urban planning initiatives, including strategic city development plans, innovative smart city solutions, and infrastructure development projects.
  • Conduct rigorous economic assessments, develop budgets, and create revenue maps for urban or tourism-related projects.
  • Provide expert policy advisory and consulting support to municipal corporations and state departments.
  • Collaborate with Tourism Departments to design strategies that enhance tourism infrastructure, revenue generation, and destination development.
  • Support the preparation of project reports, detailed project reports, proposals, and presentations for government stakeholders.
  • Undertake in-depth data analysis, economic modeling, and impact assessment studies to inform policy decisions.
  • Liaise with cross-functional government teams, private sector partners, and donor agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with government norms, policies, and project timelines.
