Key Role for a Field Operations Specialist

The Field Operations Executive is accountable for ensuring the continuous availability of skilled, well-trained, and certified technicians. Their responsibilities include providing coaching and training to assigned technicians to enhance service quality and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guarantee the consistent availability of qualified technicians in accordance with Technical Training Guidelines.
  • Coach and train designated technicians to improve service excellence and foster strong relationships with customers.
  • Conduct daily 10-minute team meetings to discuss key objectives, safety protocols, and special instructions.
  • Ensure that all technicians use SCP devices efficiently and troubleshoot any technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date on-site documentation as required by contractual agreements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Zoology, or Agriculture.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proactive in planning and organizing tasks and activities.
  • Thorough knowledge of pests, service processes, chemicals, and equipment.
