Responsibilities- Admission Process: Guide prospective students through the admission process, provide information on program details, course structures, fees, and other relevant information, assist in completing application forms, collecting required documents, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.
- Cold Calling: Initiate outreach efforts through cold calling to potential students and their parents, effectively communicate the benefits of preparing for NEET and JEE Main with our coaching programs, address inquiries, and promote the value of our services.
- Academic Counseling: Engage with enrolled students to understand their academic aspirations and goals, provide personalized counseling to help students create effective study plans, set realistic targets, and manage their time and efforts efficiently.
- Personal Development: Provide guidance on effective study skills, time management, and stress management techniques to enhance students' overall academic performance.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with admissions teams, faculty members, and other relevant departments to ensure a cohesive approach in addressing students' needs and concerns.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of counselling sessions, admission interactions, and follow-ups to track progress and measure the effectiveness of counselling efforts.
- Orientation and Workshops: Assist in organizing orientation sessions and workshops for new students, introducing them to our resources, facilities, and academic support services.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- Previous experience in academic counselling and student admissions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence and effectiveness in cold calling and outreach activities.
- Empathetic, patient, and dedicated to student success.
- Proficiency in documentation and use of relevant software, including MS Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Familiarity with the education sector and competitive exam coaching is a plus.
