As a key member of our accounting and taxation team, you will play a pivotal role in building a rewarding career in US Accounting and Taxation.

Key Responsibilities:For US Accounting Roles:
  • Manage daily bookkeeping and monthly closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements, bank reconciliations, and general ledger reviews to support informed decision-making.
  • Assist in accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow management to optimize business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to work on projects involving US GAAP standards and tools like QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, etc.
For US Taxation Roles:
  • Support the preparation and review of US tax returns (Individual – 1040, Corporate – 1120, Partnership – 1065, etc.) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough tax research and provide expert guidance on IRS and state tax laws to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Provide exceptional client service during tax audits and filings, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with senior colleagues to develop tax planning strategies under supervision.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant or Semi-Qualified CA (with minimum 3 years of articleship) to lead complex accounting and taxation projects.
  • Proven expertise in accounting fundamentals, including finalisation of accounts, reconciliations, and compliance, to drive business growth.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to US Accounting and Taxation standards, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and experience with accounting/tax software are highly desirable.
