Job Role:

Senior Financial Specialist - Indian Accounting & Taxation

We seek a seasoned professional certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) to manage our financial services in India. The role involves delivering comprehensive accounting, taxation, auditing, financial planning, and compliance services to domestic clients.

The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of Indian financial regulations, direct and indirect taxation, statutory audits, and financial reporting standards.

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and finalize financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and applicable guidelines.
  • Statutory Audits: Conduct statutory and internal audits ensuring adherence to ICAI and regulatory requirements.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare, review, and file Income Tax returns, GST returns, and other compliance documents.
  • Client Management: Maintain client relationships through regular interactions, providing strategic advice and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI is mandatory.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Indian accounting, taxation, and statutory audits.
