Job Title

Financial Planner and Analyst

We are seeking a skilled financial planner and analyst to join our team. As a key member of the business finance domain, you will be responsible for performing financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts, including revenue and margin management, cost control, and key performance indicators (KPIs). They will also possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in business finance or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in the IT industry. They will also have demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, as well as strong proficiency in MS Excel.

Beyond technical skills, the successful candidate will possess a proactive and results-driven approach, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

Requirements
  • CA/MBA with a specialization in Business Finance Management (BFM) or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in the IT industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
