Lead Power Electronics Developer
This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead power electronics innovation and drive the development of cutting-edge power converters for the fast-growing electric vehicle charging market.
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our engineering team in the design, development, and optimization of power electronic systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power semiconductor devices, gate driver design, bridge rectifier design, and multi-level converter topologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a technology roadmap aligned with our R&D and market growth goals.
- Building and managing relationships with third-party design vendors and test infrastructure partners.
- Defining and optimizing complex power electronic systems, including PCB layout and mechanical design.
- Ensuring adherence to engineering best practices, project timelines, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering (BSEE or equivalent).
- Master's or PhD in power electronics is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in power electronics R&D, with 7+ years in a leadership role.
Responsibilities Include:
- Design and optimize power converters to reduce harmonics and improve efficiency.
- Experience in EMI/EMC mitigation, thermal management, and high-voltage isolation.
- Hands-on experience in hardware debugging, test bench setups, and system validation.
