We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to enhance our quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will be an analytical professional with a strong passion for product ownership and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Critically analyze requirements, identify gaps, and ensure findings are tracked and resolved.
  • Develop and enforce testing procedures. Create detailed test cases to ensure optimal coverage and prepare traceability matrices.
  • Methodically document steps to reproduce problems and effectively communicate bugs to developers while maintaining positive relationships. Review test deliverables from other team members.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA engineers on effective test design principles and help them create more cohesive work.
  • Drive best practices within the team and leverage your knowledge to promote quality. Call out issues immediately and propose solutions to the Product Owner and the team.
  • Track and report on testing activities, including results, coverage, and defect status. You must have strong written and spoken English skills and be able to communicate effectively in meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: A Bachelor's degree with work experience in the software testing lifecycle is required.
  • Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of the graphics arts industry is essential.
  • Skills:
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and self-initiative to learn new testing methodologies.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Test management tools and writing and executing SQL Queries is beneficial. Test automation knowledge is also desirable.
  • Communication: Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work as part of a global team.
  • Mentorship: Proven ability to mentor junior QA engineers.
