Job Title: Plant HR Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our plant-level human resources department. This role is ideal for an experienced HR manager who can handle the complexities of factory HR independently.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee end-to-end recruitment and workforce management at the plant.
  2. Manage labor handling, industrial relations, and contractor workforce management.
  3. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including Factory License, Fire NOC, Pollution Control Board Licenses.
  4. Administer PF, ESIC, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus and other employee benefits compliances.
  5. Liaison with government bodies and external stakeholders.
  6. HR operations, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
  7. Salary processing and attendance management.
  8. Daily labor planning and deployment.
  9. Coordination with government agencies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-15+ years of experience in plant HR / manufacturing HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and contractor management.
  • Hands-on experience in handling factory-level HR independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
