Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning and Execution
    • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to maximize ROI.
    • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Campaign Optimization and Analysis
    • Monitor daily performance of campaigns and adjust budget allocation to improve clicks, conversions, and revenue.
    • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights to inform future decisions.
  • Ad Creative Development
    • Create, test, and refine ad creatives, copies, and formats to enhance campaign performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ads align with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Budget Management and Reporting
    • Manage budgets effectively to meet campaign objectives while minimizing waste.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in paid media/digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Ability to work on multiple campaigns and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications (preferred).
