Mainframe Developer Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer to design and develop efficient and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Application Design and Development: Utilize knowledge of mainframe architecture, operating systems, and programming languages to create well-structured and maintainable applications.
  2. JCL Management: Write and manage JCL scripts for job processing, ensuring seamless execution and optimal resource utilization.
  3. TSO/ISPF Expertise: Leverage experience with Time Sharing Option/Interactive System Productivity Facility for interacting with the z/OS system, streamlining workflows and improving productivity.
  4. Security and Access Control: Employ knowledge of RACF for effective security and access control measures, safeguarding sensitive data and resources.
  5. Database Administration: Experience with mainframe databases like DB2 and IMS, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
  6. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Apply strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex system issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing system efficiency.
  7. Networking and System Utilities: Understand mainframe networking concepts and protocols, as well as familiarity with various z/OS utilities and tools, to ensure seamless integration and operation.
  8. Performance Optimization and Documentation: Optimize system performance and resource utilization through performance tuning, and maintain detailed technical documentation for future reference and collaboration.
