Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

The role of a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional is to provide critical financial insights to drive business growth and profitability. We are seeking an experienced FP&A expert to join our team, working closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans.

  • Prepare and manage data analytics on operational metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Builild and maintain analytical models on key operating measures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to formulate the company's medium to long-term financial and strategic plan.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Produce models to project long-term growth and determine impacting business factors.
  • Analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance.
  • Utilize existing tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance.
  • Communicate to senior management the reasons behind product/department performance and results.
  • Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results.
  • Review operations and recommend new productivity or cost-saving initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA Finance.
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Excel (advanced excel skills).
  • Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, providing meaningful insights that are impactful.
  • Ability to influence management.
  • Ability to make improvements to keep pace with a fast-moving environment.
  • Advanced excel or financial modeling skills.
  • Prior experience on working with Essbase would be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in financial analysis, corporate FPA experience is preferred.
