The Role:

As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with inbound leads, guiding them through the booking process, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong active listening skills, effective time management and organizational abilities, and proficiency in CRM tools or similar software.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Conversion: Proactively engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  2. Customer Interaction: Understand students' unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations.
  3. Market Expertise: Build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.
  4. Follow-Up: Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.
  6. Data Management: Accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.
  7. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Educational Qualifications:

A graduate with at least 60% in academics.
