We are seeking an experienced professional to design, implement and manage comprehensive ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and HRSD modules.

The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and HRSD, with a strong grasp of architecture principles and complex integrations.

  • Develop end-to-end ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and HRSD modules.
  • Provide architecture guidance for complex enterprise-level ServiceNow projects.
  • Lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, customizations and integrations with third-party tools.
  • Drive CMDB strategy, CSDM adoption and Service Mapping initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define best practices and scalable architectures.
  • Customize Portals and Workspaces using AngularJS and ServiceNow UI Framework.
  • Evaluate solution compliance with ServiceNow best practices and performance benchmarks.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and HRSD.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub and MID Server configurations.
  • In-depth knowledge of CMDB architecture and CSDM framework.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping and complex integrations.
  • Hands-on experience in Portal and Workspace customization.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Performance Analytics is beneficial.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong documentation and technical writing capabilities.
  • Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Certifications (Desirable):

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD)
  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • ITIL or Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster)
