Senior Quality Test Engineer Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Test Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products and services.

The successful candidate will play a key role in leading process improvements, researching tools, and implementing initiatives that enhance testing capabilities and product quality. They will also be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and administering testing tools or environments, developing and executing automated and performance testing, and interacting with cross-functional teams to plan testing.

  • Lead process improvements to enable efficient delivery and maintenance with consistent direction.
  • Research available tools and lead or participate in initiatives to identify and implement those that will cost-effectively enhance testing capabilities and product quality.
  • Configure, maintain, and/or administer testing tools or environments.
  • Develop and execute automated and performance testing for assigned projects.
  • Interact with Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, and Operations teams to plan testing for delivery of products and enhancements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Quality Test Engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of automation experience testing Salesforce.com applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
