Software Quality Assurance Professional

This position involves ensuring the quality of software products by identifying and addressing defects, performing automated testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Test Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans that meet business requirements.
  2. Automation and Tools: Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and Playwright.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with developers, product owners, and designers to understand project needs and provide actionable feedback.
  4. Ci/Cd Integration: Integrate tests into continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines to ensure seamless delivery.
  5. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, with a focus on root cause analysis and prevention.
  6. Quality Metrics and Reporting: Track key quality metrics and provide regular updates on test results and defect trends.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and promote best practices in software quality assurance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Automated Testing Tools: Proficiency in using Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and Playwright.
  • Test Planning and Strategy: Experience in creating and executing comprehensive test plans.
  • Performance, Load, and Stress Testing: Background in this area is required.
  • Defect Management: Hands-on experience in identifying and documenting defects.
